The work
A pitched roof adjoining a terrace was leaking, causing a bathroom ceiling to collapse. GC identified missing felt upstands and faulty leadwork.
The roofing details were corrected and lead soakers were added to the hips of the bay window roof. Inside, the bathroom ceiling was repaired and skimmed.
